University Teaching

At Texas Tech, Michael teaches private lessons in percussion and drum set and co-directs the TTU Percussion Ensemble, He thoroughly enjoys working with young professionals with an interest in music as a career. Guest Artist Residencies

Michael has worked with numerous universities, public schools, and summer camps across the country for guest artist residencies and masterclasses. Among his travels, he has presented workshops at the Indiana University Summer Percussion Seminar, Percussion in the Valley Summer Camp, Northwestern University Summer Percussion Symposium, Baker University (Baldwin City, KS), University of Nebraska-Lincoln, The University of Tennessee-Knoxville and Texas Tech University to name a few.
